User: Any individual or entity (“you,” “your”) purchasing or using an automation from Generera.ai
By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any automation (“Product” or “Automation”) from Generera.ai, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to this EULA, do not proceed with payment or use of the Automation.
Generera.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Automation for your internal business or personal use. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing.
You understand and agree that:
Automations are sold “as-is” and require proper setup and configuration by you.
Your results may vary depending on how you implement or integrate them into your systems.
You are solely responsible for the use and outcomes of the Automation.
We offer tools and guidance, but do not provide done-for-you implementation or guaranteed results.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Many Automations require the use of third-party platforms or tools (e.g., OpenAI, Make.com, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.). You acknowledge and accept that:
These platforms may have separate fees or subscription costs.
You are responsible for managing your accounts, access, and any fees related to third-party services.
Generera.ai does not control or provide support for third-party platforms.
Generera.ai provides its Automations without warranties of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:
No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
No guarantee that the Automation will remain functional if external APIs or services change
No assurance of specific business outcomes or improvements
All Automations, templates, documentation, training content, and designs remain the intellectual property of Generera.ai. You may not:
Resell or redistribute the Automation
Share components publicly
Claim authorship or ownership
You may use the Automations internally or in client projects, so long as the end user does not gain license or ownership of the underlying product.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Generera.ai shall not be liable for:
Any loss or damages arising from use or inability to use the Automation
Errors due to third-party services or APIs
Business losses or interruptions caused by Automation performance or configuration
Your sole remedy is to stop using the Automation.
Generera.ai provides email support for issues related to the setup or functionality of our Automations as originally delivered. Support inquiries can be sent to hello@generera.ai, and we aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Please note that support is only available for unmodified versions of our Automations. If you have altered the workflow, code, structure, or any dependencies, we cannot guarantee support or provide assistance for issues that result from those changes.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
